SGM Tech Solutions was born from a desire to build something of my own, take control of my future, and turn my passion for technology into a business that makes a real difference.

After gaining hands-on experience in IT support, field services, hardware deployments, network infrastructure, and enterprise technology environments, I realized that the part of IT I enjoy most is solving problems.

But my vision for SGM Tech Solutions goes beyond technology. I want to build a company that is friendly to businesses and fair to the technicians who make those businesses run.

Too often, technology professionals put in long hours, travel to job sites, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver excellent results without receiving fair compensation for their work. I believe good work deserves good pay, professional respect, and honest business relationships.

At the same time, businesses deserve a technology partner that listens, understands their needs, provides practical solutions, and charges fairly for the value delivered.

I believe there is room to build a successful technology company without letting greed determine how people are treated. Profit matters because it keeps a business alive and allows it to grow, but it should never come at the expense of fairness, integrity, or the people who make that success possible.

My ambition is to grow SGM Tech Solutions into a trusted technology partner that creates opportunities for skilled technicians and builds lasting relationships with customers.

We want to help organizations solve everyday technology challenges, improve efficiency, reduce unnecessary downtime, and prepare for the future.

Over roughly the next five years, I want SGM to move toward creating our own AI tools tailored to the businesses we serve. That is a future ambition, not a platform we offer today.
