Who we are
This policy applies to the website operated by SGM Technology Solutions LLC, trading as SGM Tech Solutions. It covers website inquiries and interactions; client projects may have additional privacy and data processing terms in a separate agreement.
Information you provide
When you submit a contact or partner inquiry, we receive your name, company, email address, and any phone number, company size, service interests, service area, or project details you provide. Contact requests also include your preferred date and time, time zone, and the page from which you submitted the form. If you email us directly, we receive your message and contact details.
AI assistant conversations
When you use the AI assistant, your message and recent conversation history are sent through our server to OpenAI to generate a response. The chat interface holds the conversation in memory while the page remains open. Our chat endpoint does not save conversations to a database, but service providers may process and retain request data under their own policies. Do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential client information, or sensitive personal information in chat.
Website operation and analytics
We use Vercel to host the website and Vercel Web Analytics to understand website usage, including page views, referral sources, and browser or device information. Hosting infrastructure may also process IP addresses and technical request logs to deliver and protect the service. Vercel describes its Web Analytics service as using no analytics cookies. How information is used and shared
We use information to respond to inquiries, coordinate requested contact, evaluate projects and partnerships, operate the AI assistant, understand website usage, and maintain website security. Contact form submissions are sent to our team using Resend. Our hosting, email, and AI providers process information as needed to deliver these features. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect legal rights and service security.
Service providers and international processing
Our providers include Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (email delivery), and OpenAI (AI responses). Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Their policies explain their processing practices: Vercel, Resend, and OpenAI.
Retention and security
Inquiry emails and related business records may remain in our business email systems. Retention depends on the purpose of the inquiry, ongoing business needs, legal obligations, and provider retention practices. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us if you have a concern about information you submitted.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to use the forms or AI assistant. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information, or to object to processing. Email us to make a request or ask about retention. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law.
Children and external websites
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ own privacy practices.
